Do I need to be home for the service?
No, as long as we have access to the areas that need cleaning.
What if I am not satisfied with the clean?
Customer satisfaction is our priority! If you are not happy let us know within 24 hours and we will make it right.
What happens if the weather is bad?
For light rain we typically proceed as planned. If severe weather prevents, we will reschedule at the earliest convenience.

How does the water-fed pole system work?
A water-fed pole system uses purified water that is pumped from the van through a telescopic pole with a soft brush attached to clean the windows, doors and frames without the need for ladders.
Why is purified water better for window cleaning?
Purified water is free of minerals and impurities, drying spot and streak free without the need for chemical detergents or hand drying.
Can you clean windows on upper floors?
Yes, our extendable poles reach up to 40 feet allowing us to clean multistory buildings safely from the ground.
Power Washing
Is power washing safe for all surfaces?
Not all surfaces can handle high-pressure washing. At Bubble Clean, we assess each surface and adjust our methods accordingly. Delicate areas like wood, painted surfaces, and soft stone may require soft washing to prevent damage.
How often should I power wash my property?
It’s entirely up to you but we recommend power washing once a year to keep your home or business looking its best.
